Returns for Customers in the Republic of Armenia

If for any reason you wish to return your purchase from Kyurkchyan.org, you may do so within 14 days from the date of purchase.
We accept items that are in their original condition: unused and not damaged in any way.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@kyurkchyan.org or contact us by phone at +37499404708. After the return is approved, the item must be brought to our office with its packaging and purchase receipt. Once the item’s condition is checked and confirmed to be unchanged, your payment will be refunded within 1–5 business days. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do not accept items that are returned damaged in any way and/or without packaging (except for wrapping paper that is torn when opening).

Returns for Customers from Other Countries

If for any reason you wish to return your purchase from Kyurkchyan.org, you must submit a return request within 14 days from the date of receipt. Please send the request to info@kyurkchyan.org, indicating the order number and the reason/issue. If your request is approved, you will receive an email with further instructions, including how and to which address the item should be sent. Items sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

After we receive the returned item at our address and confirm its physical condition, the refund will be processed within 1–5 business days. Please note that international transfers may take several days.

Digital Files Return

All digital files of Armenian ornaments are final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable upon purchase.

Important

Postal shipping fees paid from Armenia and customs duties are non-refundable.

In case of a return, all return-related costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please ensure the item is properly packaged when sending it back so that it arrives without damage, complies with the return policy, and allows us to issue a refund. When sending the return by post, please keep the tracking number to monitor the shipment.
