If you are ordering from Los Angeles, you will be also suggested to select one of three HayPost locations in Los Angeles where you can pick up your package. Delivery time: up to 10 days, 3800 AMD per kg, charged for both full and partial kilograms.
For US orders, a mandatory customs charge will be added at checkout. This charge is set by US law.

International delivery times are beyond our control. The stated timeframes are provided to us by HayPost and are approximate, and sometimes delays may occur for various reasons.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number, which you can use to track your parcel on the HayPost website.
To deliver orders to two different addresses, two separate orders must be placed.
If you receive a damaged shipment, you need to write to our email as soon as possible upon receipt, attaching photos clearly showing the damage. We will contact the postal service to understand the issue and arrange for a refund.
