Dishwasher use is not recommended. Wash by hand, taking care not to scratch the surface. Do not leave wet. After washing, promptly dry to prevent water absorption. Keep away from heat, and avoid storing in areas with high humidity or direct sunlight. For ongoing maintenance, consider regularly applying a food-safe oil (preferably non-odorous one) to preserve the beautiful finish. Apply the oil using a cloth or brush, allowing it to penetrate for a few hours. Wipe off any excess oil that has not fully soaked in.
